What The Users Said
Store Layout
Customers described the store layout is not only crammed but also "disorienting," making them lose awareness of their surroundings.
Overcrowding
Crowding gets excessive, especially during weekends. Packed hallways are difficult to navigate even after finding what you need.

Item Availability
The approach
I started by uncovering the story behind Delivo—understanding the challenges users face when ordering food and how the platform aims to simplify the process. Research focused on competitor branding, user behavior, and the visual language commonly associated with food and delivery services. From these insights, I crafted a visual identity that balances appetizing aesthetics with functional clarity.
Confusing Store Layout
Customers struggle to find items even in compact stores — especially when products are constantly rearranged.
Unclear Product Availability
No clear visibility into which items are seasonal, limited, popular, or currently out of stock.
Slow Foot Traffic
Aimless wandering compounds congestion. Faster task completion means fewer people blocking aisles.
The Solution
The logo and brand elements were designed to feel dynamic and approachable, with a color palette that evokes freshness and energy. Typography and iconography were chosen to ensure readability and a friendly yet professional tone. Every visual decision was made to reinforce Delivo’s promise: a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

The result
The branding successfully positioned Delivo as a trusted and efficient food delivery platform. Users quickly recognized the brand across mobile apps, web platforms, and promotional materials. By combining strategy, aesthetics, and user-centric thinking, the brand now communicates both reliability and enjoyment in every interaction.
